Knobhound, I have refilled 2 of my toners using refill and chips. I haven't used a permenant fix yet. Do you have access to the firmware? I can't find it anywhere.

Hi, I am also interested in this. I didn't know a firmware fix was available until today when I saw someone on eBay selling toner with software. I think this will be the better method to use. Do you have the firmware? I dont know where to find it. Thanks

Hi

I am looking at 2 options on been able to use aftermarket Toner in my Printer.

There seems to be a firmware fix or a hard wired what i beleve to be a pic chip solderd to the motherboard. I was wondering which would be  my best option?

My firmware version is V1.34

and i am using the starter cassettes which i hope i can refill.
